Good for GET's & new comers for experience, good training schedule, apprisal in every good job in every level, work life balance average, growths structure is good for hard working people, right time salary. Safety is highest priority.

Dislikes

Thread to job security, Internal management politcs up to low level, Too strict management for its policies, All innovation are on paper only, For new comers & GET's management experience is good but on field hands on experience is very poor. Company runs only on management level & paper working level. Technical jobs are only for contractors manpower....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
