There is so much to learn from this company.

Dislikes

After taking over by VEDANTA this company does not hire even experienced btech engineers in its payroll. Upto manager level experienced candidates have to work under third party. And those employees didn't get any benefits from VEDANTA ESL.

Work culture is very good. For career objectives this is one of the best one. Colleagues always co-ordinate. Job and work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Growth in the plant is a bit slow.

Work Details

Working with Electrosteel Steels Ltd is very challenging but interesting.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
