As a company it's good , work culture is good other than the export & fittings department, salary credit timely. Employees are friendly & they will help you if you stuck.

the export division is pathetic specially almost all TICs ziro work life balance , the documentation process is horrible as they create 3 to 4 pre shipment documents for one single FCL container due to pricing issue. They don't have any control over factory. Factory loading workers delayed the loading process to get the OT. Due to this loading issue we have to wait long after working hours ( at least 7.30 to 8.30 avg ). Though Saturday is half working here but we left office after 6 only. HR policy is also pathetic you will have to wait 1 yr to get your PL credited you can only avail CL....Read More
