I am associated with this organisation for last 10 years and I feel this is the best organisation to work with. EFL team is very professional yet supportive. The senior management is one of the best in industry which make people work with high motivation.Business and HR policies are the best. Dont join this organisation specially if you are coming from good large corporate. The cultural shock will kill you. Most of the recent reviews are fake mairly to increase the overall rating. Left this organisation within 3 months of working. Attrition is more than 70% It's a proprietary firm controlled by a lady who doesnt have a proper experience of running big organisation. Doens't have a proper management it's just a bunch of idiots running this organisation. All the HODs are just a puppet. Yes Ma'am no Maam kind. No Job Security, No proper planning, no training, no direction, they are not even bothered about clients. just running after business. Every department have sales target directly or indirectly. Efl is not like company

The culture at EFL Ahemdabad can be compared to hell. It is the place where seniors forgot the respect for subordinate. The place is full of politics and nonsense & there is no scope for Growth. Senior call subordinate on sundays to fulfill tall targets ano remain out of office all day.
