My experience was pretty bad, I list the following reasons. 1. It was a remote location; you were forced to go to a location that took 1 to 2 hours' journey. You might possibly come up with new idea and complete a job during that time. 2. There are no accommodations; you have to cook for yourself. That will possibly take 3 to 4 hours in a day. 3. The salary is terribly low; you have to manage the bills. 4. Any smart idea is seen as intimidation. The R and D manger lacks the smarts. He does not have the eye to see if something works before building it, and if doesn't work, what could be the reasons. 5. The manager is kind of emotionally immature and autistic. He told me once he is taking advantage of the friendship between him and me (we were classmates, and his family owns the company) during a serious discussion. 6. The company has no funds. He told me many times they were running out of money when I asked him about the low pay. By the way the take your last month salary, you have to put a fight. 7. One of the affiliated companies is possibly involved in corruption with the railway department. they tampered with the test equipment in front of the officer who comes for inspection from railways-no wonder the railway has many accidents. During my time, I observed a design flaw in some transformers. I ordered them to stop manufacturing immediately, but the management didn't want to waste the raw material. 8. I don't think the company will be successful. If in any case, it is successful, it will only mean the failure of India as a country and especially the failure of the education system in India. 9. EWE doesn't care, whether you die or going through something. Recently one of the employee passed away due to COVID and they don't even care about that. At least they should be providing WHF in this crisis of pandemic.
