Company is good but there work culture is not good and also it delay to payment. The stop behaviour is not good.

Working in this company is great fun. Best part is they haven't made any payment/salary cut even during lockdown. They have paid full salary during lockdown and even gave yearly appraisal I have been working with ELEATION since 2018, working with ELEATION for 3 years, but based on the projects which I got during my working I have better experience than 10 years experienced people working in other companies....Read More

Nothing... Just ELEATION should stop recruiting Freshers like other companies from colleges because of which there are few student who didn't clear the placement process share false and negative review about ELEATION.

Best company to work. higher yearly salary hike. good incentive work from home culture since 2018 great team good projects simple and clear policies.

nothing... just one point, there is no work pressure on anyone, so some people take advantage of that.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

This is not good place to work , they charge 500 rupee for interview, and than they don't provide you a better job, the probability of getting placed is 5% only after placement they are not giving salary as they promised , if you are looking for tym pass than go for it

Don’t join this company First they ask u to enroll to the course which is irreverent to the placement test No company charges money for placement test let it be a top MNC also But these ppl charge ₹500 and give the test you to purposely fail you Instead of trying this company better join Some other companies

Also its a general suggestion, don't take money from other people and write negative review about us. At last, earlier we use to conduct direct off-campus placement process, but 1000's of people use to apply for off-campus placement process, which even don't have any knowledge of ANSYS and HyperWorks software, because of which they use to fail in the placement process and instead of accepting their mistake they use to create negative image of ELEATION, that we conduct off-campus placement process, just for the time pass, so to remove those type of students we have introduced this process,, so that only genuine people will apply. marketing is wat u learn in a so called engineering service based a company.

its kind of a scam, they give job assurance under the name of internship program ask students to enroll for theor course which is irrelevant to their Bachelor's degree, ask them to get few more registration for their future batches under internship name for which they give extension again and again untill u get their specific numberof registration. once completed the internship they hire you as a engineer and ask you to get more and and more registration for theur course which is nt the job of an engineer eventually everybody fails at it and their salaries are withhold because the job is designed to fire the employees as they have nt completed their targets which are way more unrealistic. salary specified during the announcement of the opening is completely false. salary is commission based which is directly proportional to the number of registration u get. one advice for future job seekers stay away from this company....Read More
