I got to learn about the entire process in this organization. Also, remote work culture when I used to work here, was alright for me.

Dislikes

Everything. Zero job security. Payment was really less compared to industry standards. Work load was very high. Zero work life balance. High partiality among managers and team members. Managers never work and put all the pressure on their executives. Vitthanala Mahesh was extremely pathetic. He used to always get out of his wor k and made his team do his tasks on a daily basis. Complaints about him would go into deaf ears as it seemed he was close to the higher authorities. There was no specific work timing. I used to work more than 14 hours a day....Read More
