I like how management pays attention to each and every employee to the littlest detail be it if in trouble or if it is related to a good thing. They are very down to earth, supportive infact transparent in a nutshell. Also, there is Job security, opportunities, growth. Hard work pays off well and it sure does get recognition at Elan. Work Details

The work life at Elan Group is great actually. Getting to Learn new skills everyday. To be able to have an opportunity to multi task and play different portfolios at the given circumstances. I am having fun at my job! No complains.
