Dislikes

Salary is good but carrier growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite good but in this location I struggling a Lott related conveyance issue.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The job is quite interested. I struggling a bit in the beginning as there was some formal training session. I learnt much more on the job. I working with as multi task service.
