You give your best rest assured your job will be safe. Lot of learning and school emphasizes a lot on professional development.

Dislikes

I will not say dislike but somewhere I felt that your hardwork is not recognised as they run a chain of schools.

Work Details

I love Ekya curriculum and the best part is we have a best coordinators who support us throughout.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
