Dislikes

The environment is very very toxic they push everyone to work but don't give the salary. They hire freshers so they can exploit them and earn from them instead of giving them their hard earned salary. Each month they hire new people because everyone leaves. The director is worse don't pay the employee, exploit them, toxic God please make this company bankruptcy 🙏

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
