It doesn't seems like work station. There is no extra leave apart from 1 weekoff. If you injured by an accident and you thought to take rest without deduction of any money that impossible and even you have completed 1year no increment in your salary. There is no fixed time to go home but their is fix time to reach office. And it has rotational shift . No fixed day to get weekoff
