Good work environment and culture. Teammate are supportive and the management is transparent. Tgere is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade fo chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and instive every year. I happy work with EID Parry (India) limited last ten years.

Im liking Culture they providing the canteen facility at plant level is excellent especiially in Karnataka region. And employee safety is top most priority then after coming to the working culture is friendly environment.
