In my tenure of working there was too much internal office politics which was to a level which can affect your mindset and productivity. Amidst this politics my career growth was adversely affected. I joined as a fresher and had to leave within an year with hardly any experience.

There were only prebid projects I was involved in and a lot of site inventories but nothing in terms of detailed design which was my key interest.

It's a very good engineering consulting company. If you are hired with a good salary then it's good. Salary comes on 30 th or 31st of every month.

Dislikes

Management is very worst. Increment policy is very bad. If There is a bonus part in the salary structure, you will not get the whole bonus amount. You will get a 25% of bonus amount mentioned in the salary structure.,Although bonus is part a of CTC. Hr policy is very worst

Excellent team coordination..And helping nature of colleagues in hard situations...And no politics observed in EGIS, work life balance is quite happy...I heart fully say that the period which I have worked for EGIS is my best experience in my career and in my personal life also...Awesome
