"Egis India" is a consulting company. I can't say anything more about company because they leave the Engineers on the project site to work. "Egis India" works in a Joint venture (JV) with other consulting firms, so "Egis India" doesn't have complete authority to take decisions and actions solely. - Job timing and rotational shift depend on the Project site and its management. If the project site and its (Strong) management are good then we can say the company is good. It totally depends on the project site....Read More

Therefore, "Egis India" searching for a candidates (Engineers) who will work in less CTC but must have outstanding credentials in a candidate's career. In that way "Egis India" earns nearly about 50% commission from candidate CTC by recruiting such Engineers.
