It is basically a organization like a employee bank. They provide human resources to other. So, the job is not secured or they are not in position to give you the security. I have shared only about my experience and learning.

Lack of job security.

Work Details

I was working for a World Bank funded Govt (WRIDD, West Bengal) Project. Its a very good project. The Project office and environment was like a corporate. I am very much satisfied with the environment there.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
