No performance appraisal, No job security due to loss of client or projects, Nepotism & favourism always been followed here in terms of work & in terms of appraisal. And they never treat their employees as an assets always try to cheat the employees.

Work Details

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session and handover of work but I had managed by the help of some kind person and passing the time life was becoming so much terrible.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
