I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

They gave us me the training and lot of experiences in different things like cofing and so on.

No much bad experiences whatever they gave me the work it is used to me as a new knowledge that filled my basket.
