This was the first time i worked in a company which had branches all over the country. I got to learn about MS Office apps, mailing etiquette, stock reporting, using stationery economically. We get to interact with owners of the company directly & identify you with name assign you work which they only give you timeline and ways to follow it

Dislikes

One needs to submit their original academic certificate as our qork surity with the company. 2 years or 1 year of contract is must. If we resign the company less than the notice period, we end up paying the company our salry as a compensation. Also once u resign 6 months is duration gap you need to give if joining another company of the same field. Else there will be legal action taken against the employee. Very low paid No leaves/ vacation Even a day leave is also exaggerated If we r not part of team outing, we r supposed to be at work.
