There was a lot to learn from this company as it's a startup company. The seniors were very helpful. They have been working on their own project currently IITDELHI's Student information system is also designed by them and other colleges of India and Foreign.

Dislikes

There is no job security. There is a minimum Bond. Work from home is only given to selective people. Cafeteria doesn't have much of refreshments for employees. Stake Holders and Owners are rude.

Hello there. I have some point for this company that I want to inform you before going to join in this company. There is zere(0) percent job secure and working culture is not good, you can see the hell in this planet with alive . If you are freshers and looking for a new opportunity then you can move with this company for few monthsbecause they will not keep you full time even you signed bond for 2 year plus . If you're an experience candidate so please stay away from this trap. They will never provide you variable or bonus that mentioned your offer letter. You need to do bond sign with cheque so that you can't search another job opportunities while working in this company. Survive 6 months mire that will be your great achievement because they will fire you even you work hard cause it is part of this company. I have faced this situation in my virtual life. AT Time of interview, interviewers asked questions from latest technologies. But post joining, in actual environment every thing is just old rotten code. No code reviews done, No process to check code quality. Only thing is just accomplish the task by hook and crook. If anyone asks queries, he will be in trouble.
