Interesting place to work with. Kids are the only focus of the company. They keep on trying to make education affordable to all. Most of the employees are working for a long time here. Salary is not a problem if your work speaks.

Dislikes

If you can survive in edushastra environment then you can survive anywhere. This is a startup culture and it is focused on organic growth. You can easily understand if in India any entrepreneur is surviving on its own without any funding to burn then the pressure of being perfect would be enormous.

If i need to describe the culture in few words-" Work Hard, Party Harder". Management is expecting everyone to work hard. They set the example by working with the team. Lot of focus on Positive thinking and positive work culture. The working culture is "Startup Culture" where people are expected to have multiple profiles depending upon the work demand.

Perfection and company culture brings pressure of the work. You are supposed to be the owner of the work. But Management wants everyone to exit the office at 6:30 PM in the evening. They do not like anyone to work late.

Everything, you just need to ask for their business account from which they transfer salary to their employees, just get it checked from some banker in your family and friend circle. Doing that you'll know that how much salary was transferred to which account and for how long. Just like any other fraud, they deliver SCAM.

I have spent three years with them. Made a lot of friends and also enjoyed my time working here.

A lot of focus is on students and their needs. Many times we employees get lost in never stopping demands of the students. The team is big bit then also lot of focus on excellence put lot of pressure on the teachers and the support staff. Salary is good but work-life balance is disturbed.
