Nothing, Over smart people of management, got an earful from their leads about the CEO being a scammer Don't join this company, Sales manager was distracted all the time while taking training session as well

Dislikes

Sales Manager was rude and offensive HR doesn't know how speak English Manager doesn't know how to lead a team belonged from Customer Support, had no experience with sales and tried to become the king of the company... Such a loser

Everything has been changed and now I feel like I am working with one of the best companies in EdTech. They have a plan, they have funds, they have a team and the most important thing, they have the support of so many parents.

Dislikes

The interview process is bit slow

Nothing to be liked about the company. Horrible experiences.

Dislikes

They do not pay salary for months always give fake promises of getting the salary credited but never pay, complete unprofessional environment, full of politics played by upper management, whenever call or send email for salary they do not respond to the calls and emails.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
