As a Fresher its a good company to start. Good employees and support from your fellow mates you will get as you are new. Rotational shift.

Dislikes

Management, Process. They don't care about your mental stress. They just need their work to be done. Too much work pressure with less bandwidth.

I don't think I liked anything about this company at all. From their product to the management everything is pretty messed up.

Dislikes

1. The title of the job says technical consultant but you will be asked to take non-technical calls as well. 2. So the problem is that you need to solve the tickets, take screen sharing sessions, take non-technical calls and then finish the assigned course within a week which is almost impossible unless you want to work 12-14 hoursa day for Rs 14,000/- 3. They expect you to learn new courses within a week or two. 4. The salary is barely anything at all. 5. No appraisals. 6. No job security. You can be fired at any given moment. 7. The work environment is a little bit toxic (Teammates are good). 8. The lecture videos are not up to the date, you can find much better videos on Youtube, Udemy. 9. There is literally 0 work-life balance. PS : Freshers please do not waste your time here. Instead skill up and find a much better job. Best of luck...Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
