I was a part of exam team there and I did my 100% I developed lots of pages using next JS and update all the pages and updated lots of API using SQL and created new API also but the team lead their Tejas and manager Mamta they will not provide you respect at they will not behave with you good if you will perform good . there agenda only to make your review decent or below to decent if you professionally trained and good developer but you also need to understanding of project .you can get that from the senior developer or manager or team lead of that project they cannot provide that support to you for make negative your review and some team members feels insecurity with you when you proficient and efficient in your skills they will always blame you to make your review negative and senior developers not guide you properly because if you are able to do all the thing that they can do so they feel company not increase their salary if you will started working like them ....Read More
