The only thing I liked about Edugorilla was their HR Policies related to working days and shifts. Promotions and appraisals were however reserved only for bootlickers and not based upon merit.

I wont comment about the entire organisation, since I didnt work with all of them. I was in the accounts team, and let me tell you, the Accounts Manager Mr. GAURAV PRAJAPATI was a big big A**HOLE. That creature knew nothing about finance, taxation and Accounting but he was an expert in FLATTERY and a FACILE BOOTLICKER. In order to get salary hikes and promotions, he used to put UNDUE PRESSURE on teammates so that they resign and he could get their share of salary hike. Taking 15-20 minutes 7-8 times a day was a common thing for him. FLIRTING WITH RANDOM GIRLS from HR and PRAISING HIMSELF infront of others was his daily routine. Worst place to work The accounts team hires incompetent staff. Theres no gorwth opportunity. Team leader himself is an idiot or rather he is a pet to ceo working in accounts team from last 2.5yrs approx with 0 knowledge.He keeps calling companys ca firm and financial consultants for queries bcz he doesnt have knowledge at all.Cant even operate tally properly.All he can do is cut copy paste.
