I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The only thing I like is that there is a platform to grow only if you are capable enough to completely forget your personal life and give everything, every bit of time here.

Dislikes

there is a lack of hierarchy. one person has to do all the jobs and gets paid minimum. Project management is worse; if you try to implement your ideas, you are shut down by the director. sometimes top management acts like a tyrant, doing whatever he pleases to be good.
