This is a discrimanatory company run by over hyped IITians who don't have as much skill theoretically or practically as a normal engineering college graduate but have the rubber stamp of a Tier 1 college (a discrimanatory practice made by the junk HR department of private companies). They reject the application after 10 days withouteven giving an opportunity to test the skill of the candidate who has taken the time to fill thousands of rubbish details which they ask them to fill while applying for a work from home job. They only select people from West Bengal. I worked here as a Subject matter expert from home. It was a great experience. The mentors are very supportive and professional at the same time. You learn alot here and the work life balance is great.
