No respect to female employees..only good on words and worst at action wheather inside organisation or to the customer. Zero commitment fulfillment to costumers and employees. Loyalty toward work is not respected. Head of system have no sense of running company which makes the company hollow.

Nothing to like. If you are starting your career it's alright other wise, no point joining.

Nepotism, Elitism, Inept CEO thinks he owns people. Everything will be fine if you are a yes man everything except for the money part. Start saying something other than yes or start asking for for arrears, all hell breaks loose.

Colleagues were mostly good, and it is the best company if you want to train yourself in a challenging work culture where you can hone your skills and develop resilience through hard work.

A big issue is even you give your time and hard work, all things will go in vain due to the the lack of planning or sudden change in planning from higher management. Management tends to address problems at the last minute, causing unnecessary stress. They're also stubborn about selling their preferred products, rather than what customers actually want, and then blame employees when things don't go well.
