Certainly I do not have any likings towards the company much but yes I had a great manager and co-workers with whom I had a great working experience.

No job security is there as the management do not give you second chance for improvement. No career growth as learning scope. Work-life balance is terrible as I had been working from Home and so they used to ask me to work even after working hours.

Initially they gave me opportunity to learn and grow which is helping me now.

They had no balance, for their own benefit they will burden you with works even at midnight. They don't respect personal life, salary would not credit on time. They will take extra work load for employees everyday, and when the quality decreases they will deduct that from the salary.
