The first thing is their mission, i.e. "children everywhere should learn with understanding." It feels that you are contributing to a noble cause and what can be better if you are getting paid as well. Apart from that, the absolutely transparent policies & open work culture are major attractions. Dislikes

Concalls during working hours is the only thing that can be looked upon. Although, it did not happen very often, but whenever it did, it was mostly mornings which hampered the work.

Work Details

I had to get new clients on board while maintaining the existing client base. That required travel within the city. It was a 6 days working week but since EI works with schools, therefore, the holiday season was a bit relaxing.
