I can approach my bosses anytime to be mentored and to express innovative ideas and they really appreciate it .As a marketing manager that helps me a lot to stay innovative and creative for bringing new ideas to the floor because the top managmnet appreciates people who try to do different things . Never thought I will find a well paid IT job in Ludhiana but thanks to Education Culture that I did and I could stay with my parents without having to move to another city.
