I honestly only liked my colleagues

Everything about Eduauraa was wrong. The management, the working hours, there was no paid leaves, no sick leaves and employees were expected to work on ALL bank holidays and most Sunday's as well. Eduauraa was less of a progressive co-operate job and more of a highschool where if we were pally or friendly with our colleagues, we were looked down on and were separated so much so that we couldn't even look at each other. It was pathetic. Working hours were not flexible. The management was either yelling and abusing your or demeaning you. Instead of learning something all I got was a lot of gas lighting.

Great colleagues. Most young people so very energetic and helpful environment.

Dislikes

No HR policies. No formal training. No official email for any work. No coordination between anyone. The management doesn't answer any emails or queries. No WFH allowed, even in lockdown.
