No Job security. No one has enough knowledge for the their role to lead a team and in technical. This is not a product based company. Its just running by a guy who only aims for his money. Policies will be revised often for each individual for the company benefit.

Dislikes

This “consultancy” is only aiming about pay check from their clients by deputing people. They wont worry about the deputed people whether they alive or dead or got enough respect from client side or not, etc…. No technical forums / persons available here for resolving technical issues. Nothing is available to grow here. I strongly not recommend this consultancy, And insist everyone to move for another better oppurtunity....Read More
