Based solely on my experience in the India operations team - The Operations Manager, while encouraging, does not hold any authority over promotions, which solely rests with the Operations Director. Unfortunately, the Operations Director is discouraging, dismissive, non-responsive, and unreasonable. The incentives are not performance-based, and false promises have been made throughout the tenure, with all communication being verbal. Nothing to be honest. There is a lot of favouritism at leadership level (India Fulfilment Operations leadership). The attrition rate is very high (75%) in India team because of the worst leadership.
