No Job Security: they can ask you to leave at any point in time cause HR and your reporting manager have no growth plan for you. HR has no backbone to stand against it to come up with a growth plan. Politics: To secure their jobs, the manager kicked them out or favored those they liked. No US Culture: You have to work more than 9+hours to show managers how hard-working you are. Based solely on my experience in the India operations team - The Operations Manager, while encouraging, does not hold any authority over promotions, which solely rests with the Operations Director. Unfortunately, the Operations Director is discouraging, dismissive, non-responsive, and unreasonable. The incentives are not performance-based, and false promises have been made throughout the tenure, with all communication being verbal. The attrition rate in the India operations team has been more than 75% in the past year, which is alarming. Nothing to be honest. There is a lot of favouritism at leadership level (India Fulfilment Operations leadership). The attrition rate is very high (75%) in India team because of the worst leadership.

1. Favouritism 2. Unofficial Verbal promotion promises to get the work done and still underpaid. 3. Not valuing people and their time at all. 4. Level of work stress and dissatisfaction. 5.
