Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Except operations team , all the department are very good all the members or seniors are helpful, supported ang good in nature.

In operations team, there were many politics happened, if you are freshers then never joined in "Avinaba Bandhu Majumder" team the worst team ever you never grow if you don't have the talent of politics or doing PNPC (Manager or senior ko oiling karna). If the freshers do some work, I know minor mistake are happened but the your efforts never be count . They never give the proper training and give pressure in all the time and always always treat freshers like a experienced person. After you permanent , then also manager and team members pressure you to give the resignation.
