No job security in case of pandemic, no company policies for employee welfare

There is bond of 3 years and thousands of rupees they deduct from your salary which is almost 25% of gross salary which they don't return if you leave before, lot of politics, don't support for documentation, career growth is zero, issues are not stated to management by managers

Due to involvement of MD is small matters, there is no systematic approach towards work . The main problem is there is no system in place specially if we consider the employee welfare part.
