Despite consistently receiving positive feedback from seniors on my work, Knowledge and dedication it is disheartening that these efforts often go unnoticed during appraisals. Not Good environment for professional. No formal training work days : Monday to Saturday - Strict timings.

Thanks god I got a good colleagues in same position and they supported me a lot on my works .

Dislikes

Not acceptable HR policies and bonds , I don't think which all are beneficial for employees and long term working culture . That's the reason why I changed my job

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
