Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Only thing I like about edge business solutions is salary gets credited on 1st day of the very next month after 30 days of work.

Too much work load ,too much negativity in every meetings ,they attend meetings every second day and just spread negativity ,also the process which I was working for Heromotocorp was logic less ,taking feedback on call makes no sense.also the team leaders in the organization do not have manners how to talk with their juniors ,here only one person from assam does quality check of whole process also of regional callers ,which is quite unfair ....Read More
