ET Life as company is nice at Bombay Management level but in Branches company culture and working environment and experience for a employee is not so good.

Dislikes

As I explained above, junior employee was humiliate and damage his image infront of all staff every day morning at 9 am to till end of the day. Some times in conference room meeting boss use to use lieued language to demean the image of BDM which can not be explain in words, working environment inside company branches is not so healthy and happy environment like other corporate companies. Branch manager or company sack their at any time without giving any prior notice period. Mostly ex employee have very bad experience with this company....Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
