Senior Management is very good. . But the Regional Departments are not as good as the SMTs. HR is sales driven and act smarter than HO team. Change of department is usually not welcomed here. East is not as good as performing region also Management here is too political. Runs on assumptions.

Among all the companies I've worked at so far, Edelweiss was the best. I had no issues with the company itself, its environment, or culture. However, I did have issues with the manager, their behavior, and their partiality toward employees.

Not a company it's un educated mafiya, Selfish people butch of edits from top level to buttom, useless hr no Norms only street dogs fight every minute, highly harassing organisations dnt invest any Rupees ready to put IP coming days.

There is good support from seniors.

Too much of work pressure for deliveries and support. No agile environment where projects are fixed in a particular sprint. If you're on support, you will get a call anytime in the night. The growth in terms of learning and earning is slow. Old outdated technology.

Rajesh RH is Worst leader who does not support for new team members who join freshly with big dreams , he will be sitting in office or home with family always and waste of salary , also Ravi Trainer will be at home and don't know anything products without Laptop slide and never takes any training for Agents or BMs , Better remove both
