I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

The leadership in tech is terrible. I have been shouted publically. Team members openly are shouted in high pitch voices. Theirs constant pressure to manipulate and not doing go results in verbal shouting . Calls at late evening and mid night are expected as the heads can call anytime. The culture across the company is really good however in my team it has gone bad in last few years. Teams talk about it but are scared to report the same. Hopefully things should change....Read More

Working with team members was fun. Everyone was very helpful. There are members from the the other organisations also in the tech team. But everyone was super friendly and helpful.

I worked in the Technology team. Work culture at company was poor. Proper organization Structure was not there. Due to high volume of work, you will learn many things mainly related to web development but in a stressful environment. Poor organization skills of the people above made work more complicated.
