It’s best organisation I have worked with in my last 13 years of experience. There are counted organisations which are employee centric, Edelman is one of them.

They give special attention on work life balance. During pandemic they have give multiple additional off for self care. They announced May 2021 will 4 days a week so that we could spend time with family.

It is one of the best places to work for. The management respects and appreciates your work. They help you attain greater learning, create opportunities to explore your choices and as per your strengths, the policies enable them. Most managers are excellent

Recruitment needs to be improved. Organisations must hire people who are devoted to work and want to learn. Or perhaps this generation feels entitled to not give in their full to a job
