The culture that the office provide is very different then the other offices. The timings are flexible enough. The main thing that office is providing salaries on time during such times where most of the offices have declined giving salaries to their employees.

Dislikes

I dont think i dislike anything in this office. Its more of a blessing for me to work here from where i have come and the years of experience that i had to go through was literally blood and sweat. This is a different experience altogether and i would like to keep working here for as long as I could.

They spend money on office interiors and cabins are assigned to the strategic team members. Others have to share the same common space with others.

Dislikes

No job security. In the last couple of months, they have fired many employees without letting them serve their notice period. Employees also resign very frequently since they don't provide any training/skills. Incentives are delayed for 4-6 months and sometimes even not paid. Management decision-making is very poor and time-consuming. I believe they are a very insecure company without any trust in their employees. The entire company is led by one or two employees who dictate the terms to the founder. The management will grill you in case they hear any news or complaint about you and will burden you with the blame for it. In short, not a very friendly and professional place to work in, and rest it is your call....Read More

Working at edel assurance llp is terrific bad. No top management support. No office facilities. Work from home with lots of travel overall district as well as outstation sometimes that too on your own expenses. No promotion or increments and delayed incentive disbursements. Owners and top management is less responsive and have un usual work ethics.
