This company is very pathetic and worst management. Indian senior management is very disgusting and bullsh!t. this is the only company in Talegaon MIDC who scold employees with bad words on mother and sister and company HR (Rahul Taras) is Bailya & chatya he don't care about that. he just need people who shut their mouth and work like donkey and his attitude like he is the only one in company who run the whole plant and other employees just came here for time pass he thinks. plant manager(Sushant Bhosale) and HR (Rahul Taras) is using company money for personal enjoyment and create false bill and submit to account Department and the account department Ma'am is like Mand Badak she don't care about what happing in company she only knows to eat food and 2 times punch. Plant manager & HR both are like 'we are the Boss of the ecopack company and no one can ask us what are you doing", and plant manager is very chhapri, till date i am thinking who make that chhapri plant manager of company....Read More
