There is a Connect Unit. They make you work like animals there. No work life balance. You are asked to support every weekends also including Sundays if needed. They literally exhaust and kill you with work. The management wont listen to suggestions of hiring experienced people. They have hired tons of freshers and make them work on complex projects. There is no coordination between Developers and BAs. You are asked to deliver unrealistic targets in unrealistic timelines. I will just flee from here when my time is up....Read More
