the senior management over here is terrible they need to get updated with their skills and learn leadership . Management here will only dodge everything on them and pass it on you. the company lacks infrastructure , communication skills not even the senior management can transfer information without mistakes and after making mistakes they will blame it on their juniors . I thought its a Tata company so was excited to work for it but later i realized that its a start up owned by Tata with no facilities or comfort provided to employees , the company cribs for every resource and only tried to use minimum resources for max out put
