This company is good for learning new skills. New responsibilities are given which are good for learning something new. Place for new innovation will be given.

The CEO and the Marketing Officer are the big liars. Never trust them at any cost. Training will not be provided. New employees are judged based on their current job ready skills. Trainees are not paid (Even the experienced are never paid enough). Worst senior teammates.(especially a senior developer who has ego equal to size of this planet). Employees have no assurance of their job, i.e. they can be told to leave the company anytime. No travelling facility. No computer/laptops are provided by the company. Employees need to bear everything themselves. Worst work environment. Worst work planning. Products will be delivered without proper testing. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
