Low Job security,poor work-life balance, salary/appraisal ,staffing (contracting staff) not putting the right people in the right positions.little or no promotion of staff.profit not shared according to performance. Poor management.

Work in Eco bank is more better and stressed than before ,due to improvement in technology. When network is efficient it's make work seemless stressful,and reduced turn around time .

recruitment of short-term contract employees that take long working with Ecobank but never given a chance of getting a permanent contract and there chances of getting a promotion is relatively very low where you find someone working on a given post for a very long time.
