Work here and you will be wasting your precious time. No career growth as work is very stagnant. This company is not employee friendly also. The HRs or team leads at this company do not support well being of employees. They fire you if you don't succeed at pleasing them here. And you will have to do it every now and then. Moreover, they don't give any flexibility for working from home in dire circumstances when an employee is seriously unwell. They do not give any leaves also. Working at this company is a no-no. Had a very bad experience working at India TV. Was not even granted leave or the option of working from home when I was seriously unwell. Instead they asked me to resign....Read More
