Need advice on salary demand
Hello all, I am currently working as a project manager with 4 years of project manager experience, i am getting my PMP done also plan on doing a CSPO certification. I currently get around 11 LPA. I am planning to switch and want to know what is the right expectation should be for me in terms of salary or how much should I ask for.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
